Scroll horizontally

Implement the ability to scroll horizontally. This should work for all currently implemented view types. It would mean that Page+1 (next page after current page) would appear from the right of screen and, no matter the view mode, each page would flow to the left and off screen. This would allow reading somewhat more in the style of a 'book', as opposed to the current aspect of a webpage.
