Respect Windows Multi-Desktop

When opening a new document while a Sumatra window is opened in a different desktop, instead of adding a tab to a Sumatra window in the current desktop (or opening a new window in the current desktop), the desktop focus is forced to the desktop with the original Sumatra window and opens a new tab there. It looks like there are a lot of new window and tab related updates coming in 3.5 so if this will be fixed then, awesome! If not, please consider making Sumatra work intuitively with MS Windows multiple desktop schema.
