such as I full screen the pdf, then I want use my touch screen to click it rather than slide it, so i can read book effeciently

That is presentation mode not fullscreen, HOWEVER a tap only goes forwards not back (it is long hold for back) and thus the touch and hold will go forward 1 then back 1 and your no better off. A whole new interface for full touch screen would need to add controls (hidden or showing at side of screen)
