Provide an additional option to use the Noto Sans CJK font (an open-source font) to display the homepage, enhancing legibility.

When the language is set to Chinese or Japanese, the homepage font is in a serif style, which can be hard to read. Switching to Noto Sans CJK would be more comfortable to look at.
