Option to disable Annotation Edits
It would be cool if there was a setting to disable being able to click or interact with an annotation. So many times I accidentally click or move an annotation whilst panning a page.

I would definitely love that. I write a lot of notes with my android tablet and, when I view them with Sumatra on my laptop, I'm constantly moving notes out of places while scrolling
I fixed it in pre-release: to edit an annotation you now have to Ctrl + mouse click on it which should eliminate accidental moving of annotations.
