Lazy loading setting

Please make lazy loading of the files a setting. The ability was briefly enabled but removed in 3.5.1, unfortunately. In most cases, we don't need to fully reload all the PDF from a session until we want to actually read it a file. This should work like most modern browsers (and even Notepad++ works this way). It would make opening Sumatra so much faster. A setting for it would give us the choice of which compromise each user prefers. Thank you
