Horizontally Scroll and Free Moving page

I use this feature within a android app (which has a quantity of tools very large and useful any of them), which is my favorite feature, they also include free moving page (I attach a gif showing this two features). This Scroll Horizontally must have the features of the vertical scroll (continuosly, page by page, etc). The scroll horizontally is see the next pages in the right side. Free moving is leave de pages attach between them, but free to move in any direction the pages. (This is show into the gif file that I Attach here)
