Home tab thumbnails should preserve PDF cover aspect ratio

Hello SumatraPDF team, I would like to suggest an improvement for the Home tab file thumbnails. Currently, the thumbnails displayed in the Home tab use a fixed aspect ratio, regardless of the actual aspect ratio of the document cover. Because of this, some document covers are cropped or not displayed completely, especially for PDFs with non-standard page sizes or portrait-oriented covers. For example, if a PDF has a tall cover page, the current fixed thumbnail size causes parts of the cover to be cut off instead of showing the complete page preview. I suggest changing the thumbnail behavior so that the thumbnail aspect ratio automatically follows the document cover/page aspect ratio. This would allow the full cover image to be displayed and provide a more accurate preview of the document. Possible improvements: ——Adjust the thumbnail container dynamically based on the first page's aspect ratio. ——Preserve the complete document cover instead of cropping it. ——Optionally add a setting that allows users to choose between "fit entire cover" and "crop thumbnail". This change would make the Home tab more visually consistent and improve the document browsing experience. Thank you for your work on SumatraPDF!
