I would like to can export the highlighted annotations, only the text, to docx. To create a summary/brief about the content.

UNLESS the text was copied to the highlights then they are only floating-coloured boxes above the page. You can do the same with scanned text as with real font based text. So, a list of highlights often has no text and needs extraction with a utility such as here https://github.com/GitHubRulesOK/SumatraPDF-Plus/blob/master… but it would not be word just TXT
