Document-level scroll bar in page-fit zoom mode.

Both Adobe and FoxIt have this. I use Sumatra for many huge PDF manuals (1000+ pages). I need to be able to scroll through them at "macro-speed" while using page-fit view. Work-around is to use 'c' to bounce in/out of single-page mode. But that's pretty laborious for something I use constantly. Search/bookmarks are no good for this.
