Dock edit annotation to same window

This, or a setting to stop it popping up at all. I personally have no need for it, as I just make small annotations that I save right away, so to have it pop up twice (once when applying the annotation, again when saving it) on a different monitor is slightly annoying

sometimes, while commenting, the comment window closes and you loose everything. Fixing it woul help. Also, I have size problems about my laptop screen, the window shows bigger than the screen and the lower buttons "save changes" do not appear, I have to resize constantly
