Autoshow/Autohide bookmarks

Automatically show the bookmarks but over the rest of the application, so that it doesn't mess with the positioning or alignment of the book. When the mouse pointer is near the left side of the window or touches its border, the bookmarks are shown, then hidden again when the mouse pointer leaves the nookmarks area.
