Allow for inverted mouse scroll wheel functionality

As per title, I'd like the option (even if it's not default and hidden in the "Advanced Options..." menu) to invert the scroll wheel functionality, specifically when used to navigate pages (Next Page, Previous Page), but could be more granular for the other settings like Zoom/Horizontal Scroll as well.
